Return Policy
Only signs with defects in the production and quality of materials are returnable. Please contact customer service, via email at contactmakesigns@aol.com,with a detailed explanation of the defect within the finished product. The information will be reviewed by a customer service representative and will issue a 100% purchase price refund if approved.

Sales Tax Policy
We must automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the states of New Jersey. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
